1. NO WARRANTIES
VCL makes no warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding:
- uninterrupted platform availability
- generation accuracy
- commercial suitability
- business profitability
- legal compliance of generated content
- compatibility with third-party services
- expected creative or financial outcomes
2. AI GENERATED CONTENT
All AI-generated materials including text, prompts, images, videos, voice, audio, neural renders, cinematic outputs, and automation results are generated algorithmically and may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, unexpected artifacts, or unpredictable results.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITY
Users assume full legal and financial responsibility for:
- prompts submitted to the platform
- generated outputs
- published content
- commercial usage
- copyright compliance
- regulatory compliance
- distribution of generated materials
4. THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE
VCL may utilize third-party providers, APIs, neural systems, cloud infrastructure, payment gateways, and AI services. VCL shall not be held liable for outages, delays, pricing modifications, restrictions, provider failures, API changes, data interruptions, or external infrastructure instability.
5. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
Under no circumstances shall Victoria City Live (VCL), its owners, operators, developers, contractors, infrastructure providers, affiliates, or partners be liable for:

- reputational harm
- business interruption
- loss of clients

- AI inaccuracies

6. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
VCL reserves the unrestricted right to modify, suspend, limit, replace, deny access to, or permanently discontinue any platform functionality, pricing model, neural system, AI provider, subscription, or infrastructure component at any time without prior notice.
7. ACCOUNT ENFORCEMENT
VCL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, investigate, or permanently terminate any account or activity considered harmful, abusive, fraudulent, exploitative, suspicious, illegal, or threatening to platform integrity or infrastructure security.
8. NO LIABILITY CAP
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all platform services are provided without liability obligations beyond the amount directly paid by the user for the specific service involved.
9. ACCEPTANCE
By accessing or using Victoria City Live (VCL), users acknowledge, understand, and fully accept all terms stated within this Limitation of Liability agreement.
