Once AI generation, rendering, subscription activation, token usage, infrastructure access, cloud processing, or digital service execution has started, portions of computational resources may be considered consumed in real time.
Due to the instant nature of digital AI services, infrastructure allocation, rendering execution, and real-time computational processing, certain digital services, AI generations, subscriptions, credits, tokens, or infrastructure operations may become non-cancellable and non-refundable after successful service delivery, except where otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable laws.
