Victoria City Live does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of specific AI models, AI providers, rendering engines, generation speeds, cloud services, API integrations, or individual platform features, as third-party services may modify conditions, restrict access, suspend models, change pricing, temporarily interrupt operations, or permanently discontinue services without prior notice.
Platform functionality, service pricing, token consumption, subscription systems, generation limits, rendering quality, AI modules, cloud resources, and other platform components may be modified without prior notice for technical, infrastructural, commercial, legal, operational, security, or business reasons.
Victoria City Live reserves the unrestricted right to throttle generation speed, queue requests, modify processing priority, temporarily limit AI generation, restrict rendering operations, restrict API access, or limit cloud resources whenever necessary for platform stability, infrastructure protection, fraud prevention, operational continuity, or business security.
Users are solely responsible for saving, backing up, downloading, preserving, and securing generated content, prompts, uploads, account data, and media files.
Victoria City Live does not guarantee permanent storage or indefinite retention of generated files, uploads, prompts, generated outputs, media content, temporary files, cache data, or user materials.
Inactive accounts, temporary files, generated outputs, uploads, cached content, unused data, or user materials may be automatically deleted, archived, compressed, optimized, restricted, or permanently removed without prior notice.
Victoria City Live reserves the unrestricted right to use automated systems, AI moderation tools, behavioral analysis systems, anti-fraud technologies, automated detection mechanisms, monitoring systems, and security technologies to protect platform infrastructure, cloud systems, AI services, payment systems, business operations, and platform users.
Any attempt involving reverse engineering, scraping, automation abuse, duplication, overload, exploitation, mirroring, benchmark testing, resale, token manipulation, unauthorized scripting, API abuse, bypass attempts, infrastructure interference, or commercial exploitation of platform systems may result in immediate permanent suspension, restriction of access, account termination, subscription cancellation, denial of future platform usage, and additional security measures without refund, compensation, or prior notice.
Users acknowledge and agree that access to the platform may be restricted, limited, suspended, or unavailable in certain countries, regions, territories, or jurisdictions for legal, compliance, operational, technical, payment, infrastructure, security, or business reasons.
